Lead Education Director
* The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Centre Director in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs, and providing leadership and mentorship to our dedicated staff.
* We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director who can effectively handle and manage staffing rosters, financial requirements, and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators, and stakeholders.
* Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA, and have previous experience as an Assistant Director in an early childhood setting.
* Must hold current blue card, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications, and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
* Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals, and demonstrate critical thinking and reflective practice in daily operations.
