If you're an experienced AC technician who wants trust, autonomy, and real earning upside, this role was built for you.
T42 Electrical is growing our Air Conditioning division due to strong demand, we're looking for a high-confidence, capable technician who can diagnose, explain, and close solutions on site.
This is not a junior role.
This is a trusted, senior-style position with ownership and responsibility.

THE ROLE
You'll be trusted to manage jobs end-to-end.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Attending AC breakdowns and service calls
* Confident, methodical fault-finding
* Explaining issues and options clearly to homeowners
* Presenting solutions on site
* Taking deposits and booking installs immediately
* Completing installs during quieter service periods
* Supporting the wider AC & Electrical team to keep work flowing smoothly

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU
* Are a qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
* Have strong experience with split and ducted systems
* Are confident fault-finding and diagnosing breakdowns
* Can explain technical issues in plain English
* Are comfortable with discussing pricing
* Work autonomously and make sound decisions
