You’ll lead a dedicated team and work closely with drivers, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver excellence every shift.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and inspire your team to perform at their bestOversee loading and delivery operations to meet service and budget targetsEnsure compliance with safety, food quality, and environmental standardsManage driver rosters and truck schedules for optimal efficiencyResolve delivery issues and support customer satisfactionCoordinate with 3PL providers and manage linehaul schedulingWhat You'll Bring2+ years’ experience in a similar transport/logistics role (FMCG preferred)Strong leadership and team management skillsSolid understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and GMP principlesProficiency in SAP and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbout UsAt Tip Top Bakeries, we create everyday moments of goodness—from the bread on your table to the team you work with.
