Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the stores service deli to ensure smooth operation and teamwork
- Managing and coaching a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters, and performing various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Ability to supervise a team and provide guidance and support
- Passionate and enthusiastic approach with a 'hands-on' attitude towards work

- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with both team members and management
