Job Opportunity:
Project Coordinator Role
* As a Project Coordinator, you will provide support to the Project Manager in ensuring objectives regarding scope, timeline, and quality targets are achieved.
* You will compile inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.
* You will provide high-level coordination support, liaise, and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
* You will support the proposals team prior to, during, and following tenders, including organizing project documentation, providing vendor feedback, and supporting contract negotiations.
* You will assist the Project Manager in implementing the Project Management Plan for all phases of the project.
Requirements:
* Must be a citizen of a recognized country.
* Must possess an active security clearance.
* Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in project coordination and large projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field.
* Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Location: Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia
