Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time detail-oriented Administration Accounts professional to join our Finance Team at Adelaide Airport. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a variety of administrative and finance tasks while developing your skills within a global organisation. You'll assist with processing financial data, managing invoices and handling day-to-day administrative requests. What will you do?
* Provide administrative support to the Finance team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and organising meetings
* Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and reconciliation
* Collate invoicing and enter finance data into Excel with precision and timeliness
* Respond to finance-related requests and manage ad-hoc administrative tasks
* Perform general office duties, including scanning, digital filing, photocopying and data entry
* Assist in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company standards
* Learn and use key systems (such as SCM and PeopleSoft) while leveraging your skills in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
More About You
* Proven experience as an administrative officer, ideally in finance or accounting
* Strong organisational skills, and high attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record keeping
* Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel, with basic to intermediate skills
* Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Degree in Accounting or Finance, with experience in the hospitality industry preferred
* Ability to work full time across weekdays
