Job Role: Mine Site Cleaner Supervisor
Central Queensland mine site cleaners are responsible for the day-to-day operation and supervision of a team. This involves cleaning communal facilities, waste removal, power washing pathways, and light grounds work.
The role requires training new employees, conducting effective meetings, addressing performance issues, promoting safe behaviors, and investigating hazards.
The ideal candidate will hold a supervisor certificate, possess relevant experience, advanced communication skills, and proficiency in computer software. They must be available to work on a 7/7 roster, with reliable transportation and back-up.
Additionally, the successful applicant will demonstrate professionalism, neatness, and tidiness in appearance and ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
