Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in North Eton, QLD. The Senior Leader in Community Services will oversee the implementation and delivery of community programs with a focus on driving social impact and creating positive outcomes for individuals and families. Responsibilities include developing community engagement strategies, leading and mentoring a dedicated team, managing budgets and resources, building partnerships with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. The role also involves performance monitoring, reporting outcomes, and contributing to strategic planning to support Mission Australia's long-term goals.
