What you'll be doing
The Rural Innovation and Research Coordinator will build innovation and research translation capability and opportunity in the Mid North Coast by providing education, training and mentoring. It will achieve this by facilitating collaborative health service led innovation and research translation projects to address local health services and population priorities. The overall vision is for the coordinators to help establish a learning health system in the Mid North Coast.
About you
You will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience with demonstrated understanding of health service operations and health services research design and methodologies. This includes implementation and improvement science and a proven track record in designing, conducting, and disseminating research and innovation projects. You will also have experience in successfully translating research findings and new models of care into policy and practice, and evaluating their impact. High level written communication skills
