The Role
We are seeking K-6 teachers who are ideally experienced in the planning, delivery and assessment of Explicit Direct Instruction lessons.
They should show the ability to effectively cater to the diverse learning needs of students, including those with challenging behaviours and diagnosed special needs, via differentiated content delivery, the use of engagement norms, and strong relationships with students.
In addition, teachers are expected to teach social-emotional wellbeing and be actively involved in strong pastoral care processes to ensure positive outcomes for all students.
We are seeking applicants who ideally possess high quality teaching skills and knowledge.
They should be committed to ongoing professional growth and development, support current whole school processes and be collegial, effective collaborators.
