We're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences in a relaxed yet refined setting, and we're looking for a driven Sous Chef to join our tight-knit kitchen team. The Role: As Sous Chef, you'll be a hands-on leader in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation, service, and team management. You'll play a key role in menu development, maintaining kitchen standards, and fostering a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in leading the kitchen team during service
* Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
* Help design and refine seasonal menus
* Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation
* Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
About You:
* 2+ years experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passionate about local produce and seasonal cooking
* Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a strong work ethic
