Job Description:
Deliver patient-centred nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes as a skilled Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
* Provide high-quality patient care that meets the needs of diverse patients.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* At least 12 months acute care nursing experience.
* ED experience preferred but not essential.
* Full working rights within Australia.
* Understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.
