About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our executive team based in Padstow. This role is pivotal in managing and growing our customer accounts, acting as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders while driving revenue growth, retention and long-term value.

You will be the primary point of contact for assigned major accounts, developing deep relationships, understanding customer business objectives, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that support their success.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, retention and profitability
* Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities, risks and improvement areas and update executive team
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects in line with client needs, budgets and timelines
* Collaborate closely with internal teams across operations, IT, sales support, marketing and transport
* Review, negotiate and manage customer contracts and renewals
* Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform strategy
* Prepare reports and presentations on account performance, customer satisfaction and revenue
* Actively support and contribute to Williams Logistics' social and environmental objectives, including ongoing B Corp initiatives
About You

You are a commercially savvy relationship manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You bring strong sales acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to influence at senior levels.

You will ideally have:

* A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in senior account management or strategic sales, ideally within logistics or supply chain
* A strong track record of managing and growing multiple complex customer accounts
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* The ability to understand complex customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
* Solid commercial and analytical capability, with experience using CRM systems
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
