In this role, you will be responsible for:Managing and developing nursing staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance managementEnsuring optimal staffing levels to provide safe, high quality patient careCollaborating with VMOs and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient careMonitoring patient outcomes, satisfaction scores, and safety and quality key performance indicatorsManaging the nursing department budget and identifying opportunities to control costsTo be successful in this position, candidates must have:Registration with Ahpra as Registered NursePrevious management experience in a hospital settingDemonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skillsExpertise in evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety principlesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesWe provide a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
