Overview

Join to apply for the Service Desk Analyst role at Great Southern Bank. Based in Brisbane, you will provide high quality customer service and technical support to our team members. Through effective communication you will keep team members informed on the status of IT incidents and requests, and you will engage IT support teams and external partners to deliver services in a timely manner. You will have the opportunity to identify and develop system and process improvements to deliver efficient and reliable IT services, supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.

The Technology Service Desk provides first level IT support to team members across corporate offices and branch locations in Australia. You will work alongside Service Desk colleagues to monitor, record, and respond to IT incidents and requests.


Responsibilities

* Provide high quality customer service and technical support to Great Southern Bank team members.
* Communicate status of IT incidents and requests to users and coordinate with IT support teams and external partners to deliver timely services.
* Identify and contribute to system and process improvements to enhance IT service delivery.
* Monitor, record, and respond to IT incidents and requests as part of the first level support.
* Collaborate with teams across corporate office and branch locations to ensure reliable IT services.


Qualifications

* 1-2 years of previous IT service and support experience.
* Tertiary qualification from a recognised institution.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong time management skills.
* Basic understanding of the ITIL framework.
