Your next opportunityThe primary objective of this role is to deliver asset care and planning for safe, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes for Boral's concrete sites in Regional NSW.
This role ensures that maintenance systems, processes, and procedures are implemented, maintained, and continuously improved to guarantee the availability and reliability of plant and equipment to meet forecasted production volumes.Your day will involve :Planning and executing inspection and maintenance work to support reliable delivery to our customers, via the maintenance team and external contractors.Continuously improving plant availability and efficiency of expenditure, in collaboration with the Operations team.Planning and controlling capital works on a rolling 5-year basis.Managing staff and key stakeholders in the delivery of maintenance and capital projects.What are we looking for?
Demonstrated experience in maintenance management and planning (or similar), along with people management skills, preferably in a multi-site, heavy/industrial business.Proficiency with maintenance management systems, ideally Maximo, including developing annual maintenance plans, budgeting, trend analysis, and improvement planning.Vendor management experience for maintenance and spare parts.Project management skills.Ability to influence and engage with a variety of stakeholders.What's on offer?
