About the role
The Contract Administrator and Project Coordinator provides project support within the Technical Heritage, Upgrades and Defect (THUD) team, working closely with various managers to meet Defence housing requirements. The role involves specialist and administrative support, including research, analysis, and data management, leveraging knowledge of the residential construction industry.
Responsibilities
* Provide specialist and administrative support for contract and project coordination services.
* Conduct research, analysis, and data management to support THUD team project activities.
* Communicate clearly to provide advice on operational and administrative matters, including troubleshooting invoice and contract issues.
* Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including ADF representatives, contractors, and members of the construction industry.
* Support individual projects as part of the Project Coordination Team responsible for overall contract and project support services for the THUD team.

Eligibility
All successful applicants are required to be eligible to complete a Baseline Vetting security clearance for consideration of the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
