Role Overview
Employment services is a people-first business. Your role involves creating relationships with your caseload and assisting clients to address non-vocational challenges to improve their employment capability. Be curious rather than judgmental to assess clients for non-vocational barriers, develop support plans, and coordinate referrals.
Location and Travel
This position can be based in Griffith or Wagga Wagga. The role requires some travel and overnight stays. Telehealth servicing can be done between travel periods. A company car will be provided for travel.
Duties
Assess clients for non-vocational barriers to employment
Deliver counselling support where appropriate or necessary
Develop tailored support plans in collaboration with clients
Meet with clients regularly to review progress and determine further actions
Work with Employment Services staff to enable employment outcomes
Network and develop relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements
A relevant university qualification (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Rehabilitation Counselling) is required, along with membership in the relevant professional association (AASW, APHRA, PACFA, RCAA).

Additional Information
This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants must have a driver's license and the right to work in Australia.
