Kitchen Operations
* Assist the head chef and the team with daily food preparation and cooking tasks to ensure smooth operations.
* Help prepare other Japanese dishes as needed, ensuring the quality and consistency of each dish.
Hygiene and Safety
* Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, following health and safety regulations.
* Keep the work area clean and organized, adhere to food safety procedures.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and seamless service.
* Assist the head chef with other cooking tasks and preparation work as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Strong sense of responsibility and good time management skills.
* Relevant work experience is preferred.
