Overview
A pioneering Web3 infrastructure group at the forefront of privacy-preserving computation is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead global financial strategy, operations, and governance. You’ll own everything from treasury management and forecasting to investor relations and crypto-native finance. The ideal candidate combines CFO-level leadership in tech or fintech with hands-on crypto treasury and token management experience.
What you’ll do
* Drive financial strategy across fiat and digital assets
* Manage banking, reporting, forecasting, and risk
* Oversee compliance, audits, and tax obligations
* Lead treasury and asset management (custody, yield, liquidity)
* Administer token vesting and unlock schedules
* Build financial models and scenario forecasts
* Partner closely with executive leadership to guide growth
What we’re looking for
* 10+ years in finance leadership (CFO / VP Finance)
* 5+ years in crypto, Web3, or DeFi environments
* Deep knowledge of treasury, tokenomics & financial modeling
* Strong understanding of compliance and audit standards (EU / US)
* Entrepreneurial, strategic, and comfortable in fast-moving teams
Nice to have
* Experience with crypto foundations or Swiss associations
* Background in fund management or DeFi investing
Location: Remote – Europe or US East Coast
Compensation: Competitive base + token package
