Head Chef – ALL DAY, West End
We're a grown brunch venue in West End (coffee, brunch, wine) looking for ahead chef to take full ownership of daily kitchen operations.This is ahands-on leadership role, not just cooking.
The right person will keep the kitchen running smoothly day-to-day, manage ordering and prep, maintain standards, menu development, and drive consistency without heavy owner involvement.

Café and brunch cuisine experience is essential for this role.
Role responsibilities
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
Run the pass during service
Oversee prep systems and organisation
Manage ordering and stock levels
Maintain food safety and compliance
Train and support kitchen staff
Manage waste, portioning, and consistency
Seasonal menu

$80k–95k + superdepending on experience
