About the roleThe successful candidate will be based in Doomadgee - a remote community of approximately 2,000 people located around 500 km from Mount Isa - either permanently or on a fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) arrangement.
EMG Pty Ltd has been contracted to deliver the Remote Area Essential Services (RAES) program from 1 November 2025 to 30 June 2028.
The Remote Programs Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of RAES in Doomadgee, along with any small complementary programs that may be introduced.
Key responsibilities include governance, financial management and budgeting, community engagement, contract administration, staff coaching and development, human resource management, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
