Occupational Therapist Level 1/2 : $73,427.00 - $104,753.00 per annum
Social Worker Level 1/2 : $73,427.00 - $104,753.00 per annum
Registered Nurse: $72,152.53 - $101,299.48 per annum
Psychologist: $77,358.00 - $113,226.00 per annum

**About the Opportunity**
The OPMH Community Teams are a significant component of the OPMH services in SWSLHD.

Does this sound like the right fit for you?

You will be working in the community with older adults experiencing mental health issues who may be living in their own homes, with family, or in RACF.

You will be providing recovery-oriented, person-centred biopsychosocial care planning and interventions reflected in all aspects of your practice and service delivery.

You will have previous experience working with older adults in a health or community setting, including experience of assessment, care planning and interventions which are appropriate for and effective with older adults experiencing mental ill health. Previous experience in a care coordination role will be of benefit.

**What You'll be Doing**
The Mental Health Professional is responsible for providing evidence-based, strengths focused, recovery orientated assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team and coordinating consumers' recovery plans. The role is also responsible for non-clinical tasks including participation in quality improvement activities, clinical supervision and participation in administrative responsibilities as required

**How to Apply**
- Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or CSU Graduates: Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health).
- Using an example, describe a time where you have had to work as part of a team to solve a problem. Outline the communication skills used and how you ensured the problem would not occur again.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
