Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain customer credit limits across ERP systems, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and compliance requirements.
* Review new account applications and set up customer risk codes in SAP/M3.
* Prepare and deliver accurate credit exposure reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
* Handle trade credit insurance processes, including claims submission and annual reporting.
* Contribute to system enhancements and automation projects to improve efficiency.
About You:
* Experienced in B2B credit risk management, ideally within FMCG or retail environments.
* Proficient in SAP and skilled in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work in a team.
* Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on process improvement.
* Knowledge of trade credit insurance principles and financial/insurance systems.
