Position Overview:
Goodman Conveyancing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Conveyancing Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client liaison both face to face, via email, and over the telephone.
* Vendor and Purchaser client file management.
* Liaising with a variety of external stakeholders including Legal firms, Real Estate Agents, Banks, Brokers, Financial Institution, councils and authorities.
* Preparing for and then attending settlements.
* Preparing legal documents and letters.
* Accurate maintenance of Client Database.
* Any other relevant administrative duties.
Key Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
