Key Responsibilities
The organization is seeking a highly skilled individual to assume the role of Technical Manager. Key responsibilities include the continuous improvement of the Food Safety Management System, leading customer service and communications, auditing practices and procedures, assisting in supplier onboarding and auditing, and leading a small team with responsibility for quality accreditations.
This involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and meet regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will possess excellent planning, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to form excellent working relationships across all levels of the organization.
* Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes.
* Provide guidance and support to production staff to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Requirements include a current driver's license and a high level of proficiency in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
