Your Opportunity
In this newly created, full time role, you will:
* Drive home loan sales and customer outcomes through coaching, performance development, and continuous improvement.
* Lead a multi-site team of Home Loan Specialists, ensuring a high-performing, customer-first culture.
* Champion operational excellence across all stages of the lending journey from lead conversion to approval.
* Shape strategy and deliver real results aligned with HomeStart's values and purpose.
What You Bring
You're an experienced sales leader with:
* At least 5 years' experience leading high-performing sales teams in financial services, ideally home lending.
* Strong knowledge of residential lending, customer experience principles and the compliance landscape.
* A coaching mindset and track record of lifting team capability and delivering on KPIs.
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills that help translate data into better outcomes.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping purpose and people at the heart of everything you do.
