Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about late-life mental health, carer wellbeing, and collaborative care. Join our growing multidisciplinary team and help shape community-facing services that prioritise cognitive wellness, carer support, and emotional resilience.
What You’ll Do:
•Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to older adults and carers
•Provide psychological support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, and cognitive changes
•Collaborate with GPs and other professionals in a multidisciplinary care setting
•Promote early intervention, cognitive health, and strategies for managing carer stress
•Provide services across clinic, community, and residential aged care settings (where applicable)
What You’ll Bring:
•Registration with AHPRA as a General or Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
•Experience supporting older adults in private practice, aged care, or public health
•Strong knowledge of common late-life mental health concerns, cognitive concerns, and associated evidence-based interventions
•Ability to adapt therapy for cognitive changes, sensory needs, or functional limitations
•Confidence working independently and as part of a team
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Organised, flexible, and open to learning new skills
•Familiarity with Medicare and DVA billing requirements
