We are seeking a skilled Project Officer/Developer to join our Finance, Advisory, Performance & Procurement division. This role sits within the MyOutcomes (Calumo) development team, supporting critical business intelligence, data integrations, and reporting solutions across the organisation. This role is essential to maintaining momentum on multiple high-priority initiatives including the Grants App, key project integrations, and ongoing data and development support for the MyOutcomes platform.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain MyOutcomes data cubes, integrations, and reporting solutions.
* Enhance and support the MyOutcomes platform to improve usability, accuracy, and performance.
* Develop dynamic dashboards, reports, and analytics that empower evidence‐based decision making.
* Support the advancement of key projects, including major updates to the Grants App and integrations for various data projects.
* Provide dedicated technical support, troubleshooting, and training to MyOutcomes users across the Department.
* Collaborate with data engineers, ICT, and business teams to ensure high‐quality data flows and system integrity.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced user experience.
You will be successful in this role if you have
* Experience in business intelligence development, data analytics, or system/report design.
* An ability to design and maintain moderately complex programs, scripts, or integrations.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and recommend practical solutions.
* Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in plain language.
* A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital products and support.
* Experience in systems like Calumo or similar reporting platforms (highly regarded).
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field—OR equivalent professional experience—are required.
