The role may also involve assisting with client conferences, interviews, and discussions relating to case strategy. The Law Graduate will be responsible for managing files efficiently, meeting court and procedural deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with firm procedures. Support across other areas of the firm's practice, including employment law matters, and occasional assistance in criminal law matters, may also be required from time to time.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in commercial and civil litigation and a desire to develop strong advocacy and dispute resolution skills. Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills are essential, together with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Applicants should be able to work effectively within a small, collaborative team and manage competing priorities under supervision.

Flexible work arrangements, including casual, full-time, or part-time employment, and the potential for remote work, may be available. Occasional attendance outside standard business hours may be required depending on court timetables and firm requirements.
