**Job Title:** Statutory Planning Officer
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dedicated team as a Statutory Planning Officer.
Main Responsibilities
* Assess and evaluate planning applications, providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with senior planners to develop and implement plans that deliver improved outcomes for people and places.
* Maintain and enhance knowledge of Western Australian town planning principles and approval processes.

Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related field.
* Proven experience in planning and evaluation, preferably in a local government setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
