About The Role
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and under the direction and guidance of the Level 2 RNs, the Level 1 RN provides strong patient‑centred care and focuses on supporting the provision of excellence in health care standards.
The General Surgical Ward is a 20‑bed newly renovated area that offers Colorectal, Urological (including Robotic services), Vascular, Gynaecological and other General Surgical services.

What You Bring
- Registration with AHPRA and in possession of a current practising certificate.
- Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated clinical competence in area of specialties.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
