Our client is a construction company that specializes within the Commercial and Fit Out projects. Due to the growth in their Mascot office, an opportunity has come up for a results focused office/site administrator to join the team and provide administrative support and quality processes.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Reviewing and processing timesheets
- Coordinate and organise office activities & events
- Management of accommodation systems
- General administrative support for the office
- Invoicing and maintaining accounts
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
- High computer literacy and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accounts payable / accounts receiveable experience is advantageous
- High attention to detail and good time management
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experienced within the Construction, Engineering or Property sectors will be highly regarded
