A Local Property Valuation company is seeking an Office manager!
**Your new company**
This local Perth based company is an independent team providing property valuation in capital cities across the country, with well over 30 years of experience and success. This role will be Fulltime in their South of River office Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30.
**Your new role**
As the Office Manager you will be responsible for;
- Answering queries from national and international clients
- Preliminary research for property valuation team
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Invoicing clients and management of receipting and accounts payable
- Staff payroll management
- Compiling documents and reports
- Maintaining managing director’s schedule, and travel arrangements
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful as the Office Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Proven administration experience with a strong focus on exceptional customer service
- MYOB experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Solid time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Dynamic response to changing needs of clients and situations, and maintenance of professionalism in these circumstances
- High level of discretion when working with confidential documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
