About the Role
* This position involves leading technical delivery, guiding junior engineers, and supporting field activities. Key responsibilities include leading EI&C design, preparing drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with AS3000, and managing technical delivery of assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Mentor two to three junior engineers and review their work.
* Offer technical support to electrical supervisors, HA electricians, and technicians.
* Develop and implement efficient EI&C design processes, resulting in high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
* 6-10 years of industrial EI&C engineering experience or strong portfolios with fewer years.
* Hands-on commissioning and industrial site experience.
* Strong EI&C design capability and ability to interpret drawings and engineering documents.
