Change Management and Transformation Specialist
Well-established government organization is seeking an experienced Change Management and Training Specialist to facilitate the delivery of best practice program and project change across the Digital Programs suite of projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and lead conversation on successful change adoption, including executive and people leaders, to support capability uplift and understanding during digital transformation.
* Work closely with people to embed a change mindset and provide fit-for-purpose support to project managers, sponsors, people leaders, and other stakeholders as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing human-centered change and communications plans for strategic programs of work and working with teams to develop and maintain best practice modern change management tools.
Job Requirements:
* Experience in change management and training with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and communication.
* Proven track record of facilitating successful change adoption and implementation.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
