Administration Support Officer

* Fixed Term Full-time opportunity | 24 months
* Based in Speers Point, Singleton or Woonona office | Hybrid working available

About the role

This role provides administrative support to ensure the smooth and timely processing of workers' benefits. You will play a key role in managing team communications, maintaining records, supporting payment processes, and delivering a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment, is highly organised, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

Your main responsibilities will include

* Maintain and manage team emails and electronic filing systems
* Distribute and track requests for payment and worker payslips
* Upload and monitor new claims for team tracking
* Provide administrative support including reporting, documentation, and data management
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Support the team to meet customer expectations and service standards

About you

Your education, experience and skills will include

* Previous experience in an administrative or support role
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
