About the Role
You will lead the preparation and execution of our Roman pizza by the slice program, with a strong emphasis on long-ferment dough and authentic technique. Beyond daily production, you’ll be responsible for creating and documenting standard recipes and training our team to deliver consistently excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage long-ferment Roman pizza dough
- Oversee production, baking, and service of Roman pizza by the slice to suit our business
- Create, document, and refine recipes and preparation standards
- Train team members in dough handling, toppings, and execution
- Maintain a clean, organised, and food-protected kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo, ideally with Roman-style pizza
- Strong knowledge of fermentation and dough science
- Passion for quality, detail, and consistency
- Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
- Organised and reliable, with strong communication skills
