Overview
You will contribute to the efficient and effective operation and environment of the site by providing a high level of cleaning support and will ensure that the duties outlined for the position are completed to a high standard as determined by their supervisor, in accordance with the approved school cleaning program.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.72FTE), 55 hours per fortnight.

Amiens State School is a small country school located 15km from Stanthorpe on Amiens Road in the Granite Belt. Established in 1919, Amiens State School has a long and proud history at the heart of the Amiens Community.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
* General cleaning duties - e.g. cleaning toilets, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, mopping. Using floor scrubber
* Correct use of approved departmental cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience is preferable but not essential.
* We are looking for a reliable, honest and committed individual with attention to detail, and can work autonomously or as part of a team if required.
* Must have a current Blue Card or be willing to get one.
