* Manage and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Oversee daily operations, guaranteeing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant regulations
* Mentor, support, and supervise educators and staff to maintain superior standards of care and education
* Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in care
About You:
* Degree qualified educator or diploma-qualified individual
* NESA Teacher Accreditation (ECT) eligibility
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, and Child Protection training
* A passion for outdoor play, sustainability, and innovative education
* A collaborative approach to work
