About the role The Company is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor who will be a critical member of the finance function. The position will report to the Accounts Payable Manager who will provide mentoring and development. This position is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual with a desire to develop their accounting career in a fast-growing ASX defence technology company Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations Daily management of Finance inbox. Perform daily bank reconciliation in Xero and Oracle. Check and approve employee reimbursements and corporate cards. Perform corporate cards reconciliation. Check and approve supplier invoices. Review weekly pay run register and ad hoc payments. Perform period close activities in accounts payable module in Oracle and generate accounts payable reports. Supervise and mentor accounts payable team. Assist and support accounts payable manager.
