HR Generalist / HR Advisor

About the Role
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a true generalist position offering both operational involvement and exposure to HR projects and improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing practical HR and Employee Relations advice to managers and staff
* Supporting industrial relations matters and ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation and relevant awards
* Assisting with investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
* Managing onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
* Supporting remuneration reviews and reward programs
* Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
* Contributing to HR reporting and workforce analytics
* Assisting with offboarding and workforce transitions
* Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Occasional travel to operational sites as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a dipolama in HR
* Demonstrated experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor capacity
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations
* Experience managing employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism
* Excellent communication skills with a balanced, diplomatic approach
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Flexibility to travel to sites when required
