About Tombo Den:
Tombo Den is a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. Helmed by Head Chef Dan Chan, the restaurant and sake bar's offering of small plates delivers a playful, yet considered nod to the Japanese street food classics, with a centrepiece sushi counter and plenty of hero produce cooked over coals.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's finest Junior Sommelier or Sommelier to join our opening team to deliver a best-in-class wine experience. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine. This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery, upkeep and maintenance of the wine cellar.
- Demonstrated experience as Junior Sommelier or Sommelier in a premium restaurant
- Passion for the wine industry
- Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Experience with stock control and inventory management is advantageous
- Must be up-to-date with industry trends
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Full time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- WSET certification or similar is highly regarded
- RSA certificate
