We are seeking a dedicated professional to work with children and young people in Out of Home Care. As a Placement Support Worker, you will be part of a care team that delivers services to children, young people, and their Carers in the northern metro and outer regions of Adelaide.
You will use your assessment and organisational skills to coordinate strengths-based, trauma-informed service delivery and meet key performance indicators. Your cultural humility and knowledge of child and adolescent development will support culturally safe and therapeutic care environments where children and young people can heal and thrive.
About This Role
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to apply cultural knowledge and expertise for best outcomes for First Nations and culturally and linguistically diverse children and young people
* Use your experience working with families and children and young people in a community services setting to support our clients

Requirements
* Experience working with families and children and young people in a community services setting
* Knowledge of Child Protection and Out of Home Care systems and legislation
