The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the Head of Care & Quality leads our clinical care, quality, safety and compliance functions.
You'll champion person-centred care, embed high-performing systems, and guide our team to consistently deliver excellent outcomes for residents and families.
You will also play a critical role in preparing for the Strengthened Aged Care Act, new Quality Standards, and our organisational expansion.
You Will Lead:
* Clinical governance & care excellence
* Quality, auditing & continuous improvement
* Risk, compliance & SIRS reporting
* Care planning, assessments & resident outcomes
* Workforce capability and professional standards
About You
We're looking for a senior leader who brings:
Proven management experience in residential aged care
Strong expertise in quality, clinical governance and compliance
Current AHPRA registration (RN)
Ability to develop people, lead change and uplift care systems
A passion for dignity, safety and meaningful resident experience
