1. Able-bodied supervisors with excellent leadership skills are required for effective employee supervision, including juniors.
2. Demonstrated ability in opening/closing store procedures is an asset. Supervisors will oversee employee performance.
Supervising employees effectively enhances operational efficiency and productivity as well as customer satisfaction levels directly by taking responsibility at every point throughout their day from pre-opening preparations until closing time afterwards when everyone leaves without incident so there's no confusion among staff about anything happening within premises anymore whatsoever;,
