Overview of Role
As a highly skilled Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets by providing proactive face-to-face contact with customers. In this role, you will develop strong business relationships with key accounts and grow the service business in your assigned portfolio.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions, meeting all selling activities, including prospecting, presenting, proposing, tendering, securing, and processing, according to OTIS standards.
* Achieve sales targets in accordance with individual plans and defined submission activities.
* Provide professional account management to key and national accounts within your portfolio and product proposals.
About You
For success in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in frontline sales or key account management.
* Strong business acumen and results-oriented abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts, be customer-focused, and anticipate client needs.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of using technology, including mobile applications and computer-based reporting systems.
