Greater Geelong Support Worker – Casual, Flexible Shifts, Empower Independence
Location: Greater Geelong Region, VIC
Casual Rate: $43–$90 per hour
Roster: Mix of shifts across the week, 24-hour coverage
We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated support workers to assist with a range of clients!
This role is fast-paced and active, ideal for people who enjoy hands-on work and making a real difference. We want authentic, grounded individuals—whether with lived experience or professional experience in mental health or disability—who can provide practical, non-judgmental guidance while building trust and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting our clients to access and feel confident in the local community
* Assisting with daily routines such as cooking, meal prep, and personal care
* Helping develop practical life skills at their own pace
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in mental health, disability support, or related fields (lived experience welcome)
* Calm, genuine, and respectful approach to support
* Flexibility to work across a mix of shifts in a 24-hour roster
* Current driver’s licence, Police Check, and up-to-date First Aid & CPR
