Field Sales Professional
This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the Gladstone region of Queensland, Australia. The successful candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively.
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of account management, preferably within industrial sales, and organisational and communication skills to interact effectively with all areas of the business.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
* Provide sales forecasts based on knowledge of territory and market conditions.
* Act as a trusted advisor to allocated customers by ensuring we meet our agreed service expectations.
* Manage disputes/queries in a timely manner.
Main Objectives:
Responsible for the sales revenue and margin targets within allocated territory/sector.
Responsible for the growth of existing accounts through strategic selling techniques.
Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
