Our client is looking for a Manager of Sales Development Representatives who will hire, onboard, train and develop motivated team members. The Sales Development team is a key driver of success for Oomnitza so we are looking for a talented manager who wants to show up and build something electric within our organization. Responsibilities: Hire, onboard, coach and manage a team of Sales Development Reps Develop the qualification, discovery, sales, product, and industry skills of each team member Develop consistency in skills across the team or performance manage Create and run bespoke sales campaigns Motivate team members with creative incentives Regularly report on team/individual results Challenge processes with recommendations for improvement that will increase efficiency and productivity Requirements: 3 years in the software sales space with experience as an SDR & closer Consistent quota achievement as an individual contributor Teams with consistent quota achievement as an SDR manager Proven track record of team success and a great culture as an SDR manager Experience in a player/coach role is preferred Someone who will not be afraid to pick up the phone and cold call with the team Someone who is data-driven and a metrics fanatic Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs What we can offer you: Career Growth: Top performers will have an opportunity to help shape the team.
